Guess I am in the dog house

So what do I do now????????????? Noticed the new background the wife had put on the computer. It says "Happy 23rd Anniversary" Well now that you mentioned it I do seem to recall this date. Yes it is July 1 so this is the right day. So that’s why there is a pineapple upside down cake in the fridge. At least I know why she has been walking around with a sad face all day. Well this is not the first time I forgot and I am sure it will not be the last. So why is it these woman get so emotional over some date for something that happened 23 years ago. Dang it is just like another day in the year to me. Guess I better get the shop vac out for help because I am going to need to do some serious sucking up to get out of this one. Do you think I could get out of this by running out and getting her a new tool I always wanted?????? LOL!!!!!!!!
