If this is like the half-ton version,it has antilock brakes on the rear only. There is an unloading valve attached to the master cylinder (unless someone removed it, always a possibility). There's a bleeder screw on the unloading valve that you should bleed prior to bleeding the rear brakes. None of that explains why you can get fluid out of the right rear, but not the left. It sounds to me like you have a plugged bleeder on the wheel cylinder. You say you replaced the brake lines, so I suspect there's a piece of rust stuck in the bleeder. As old as this pickup is, it probably has multiple problems. You may end up replacing everything: wheel cylinders, master cylinder, unloading valve and proportioning valve. Yes, it will cost you some money, but you can't put a price on good brakes.
