Neighbor had a stroke, so I've been driving him around. His truck has the tow/haul package installed, and he complains that I'm not using it enough; he thinks I'm gonna wear out his brakes. This is a 2002 Chevy pickup, but it seems to make it use the diesel engine to pull down your speed. Won't coast half as far with it turned on, but it makes the engine RPMs go up in a real hurry. He almost never used his brakes at all, just hit the button and planned ahead for stopping. That way he didn't have to remember if there was a trailer back there or not. I'm sure he irritated a lot of other drivers!
