Allan, Where's the reel for that head? I don't think you can run fast enough to keep the header full, and not be riden grain over the strawwalkers. LOL! Since you have to lay it down with your swather first..... might as well go to baleing it up for those four legger pasture mowers you posted pics of a day or two back. Seriously those oats are just right to start laying down, most people wait waaaayyyy to long on oats before they get going on them.. Whitch ever way you choose, just Git-r-done. Memories of an IH Super A When I was ? up to 10, I worked on my Papaw's farm in Greeneville, TN every summer. As I grew older (7), it was the thrill of my day to ride or drive on the tractor.
