Will probably stay in until power/drive is removed. Tapping a brake with power on will not fetch it off. Need to be shutting down on power at same time. Not easy if you are drawing an implement in the ground! All assuming it is not held in by the linkage, of course. It should drop out when there is no load on the drive train.
