My prices for alfalfa and alfalfa-orchardgrass hay are going up. I am paying 60% more for Diesel, Twine price rose 25%, fertilizer bill this year was up another 8%, and I just had a catastrophic break on my mower conditioner. My repeat customers like my hay and pay what I ask. I am STARTING at $120/ton (roughly $3.00/bale) and going from there. If it goes in the barn, prices is up $10/ton. Jim
