Hey Mike, Yeah it's either too dry or too wet most places. We could send you some warm dry weather but you might not like the hot wind like we had today with humidity of 3-8 percent. That hot wind is hurting as much or more as no decent rains. I don't expect what wheat is left to cut for seed to be good at all as a lots looks almost ready now but usually shouldn't be ready yet for another 3 weeks. Had stranger years though with most all the wheat already cut this time. Just not going to be any need for waves of custom harvesters this time though and that hurts business for our small towns too. No wheat harvest and no one has money to spend. At least no ones wheat here burned last night. Lightning makes it burn all to well. We were overwhelmed with help at fires last night and that doesn't happen enough at times. Even NM guys came over to help. Found out later another county to south had more fires than we had going at once with 16 and asked for our help but we had everthing here tied up and busy. I think they got more help from other direction though. Was glad one tire service place had service truck that could come out today. We got trucks fixed today and ready to roll again and would be nice if we didn't have to use them rest of year but that doesn't look to be soon. More rain forcast for mid week but need it real wet before lightning. Some in SE panhandle got bad hail tonight I think. You have good weekend too.
