Prosectute for identity theft? Now, there's a novel idea if I ever heard one. But, it begs the question from this veteran, is that an admission that they weren't or aren't prosecuting for indentity theft for anyone else? Did I miss something?

Whom would be allowed to take home a laptop with the personal records of 26 or 28 million in the first place? Kind've a lot like one of "the" three laptops with our nuke secrets that came up missing five or six years ago. How, and who?
