I've talked to several people who have seen them but nobody that can remember what they looked like, where they attached to the picker, what was used for lifting power, or if the axle was straight or if the wheels were set behind the axle to create more tounge weight. If you can't get the axle behind the stand, the center of balance would be behind the axle creating negative tounge weight.
