Mounted picker mover/trailer

I'm looking for a 2-wheeled trailer or pictures of one originally used to move a mounted picker (2M, 2MD). I'm told the dealerships originally had a 2-wheeled trailer pulled behind a pick-up to deliver the mounted pickers. Any info whould be appreciated. Even a description of what they looked like or how they worked. I'm told there was a hand-pump hydraulic ram. Even a vague discription would be helpfull.
