Onan P220G SHUTS DOWN?

I have a Wheel Horse 520H. It starts and runs fine cold for about two minutes then just shuts downs with no spark. Once it cool down it starts right back up, I have replace the coil, wires and voltage reg. When I had the shroud off of the motor it seem to start back up in just a couple of seconds rather than a couple of hours. As if it was cooling off faster????? i have check all of the electrical plugs, changed all of the fuses. It's been getting worse, before sometimes it would run all day after it started back up other times I would have to leave it sit. THANKS FOR ANY HELP
