I can't tell you exactly when the Armstrong/Titan change-up happened, but I do know that a set of Titans came on my TS90, which was an early '98 build... so you're sitting on over 8 years right there. I haven't seen a branded Armstrong tire in a long time now. Can't say that I miss them either.
