Put up some cottages and sell the ranch experience including: tractor seat time, horse husbandry, bonfires, barbeques, square dancing, guitar pickin, rifle range, and post hole digging so all of of us readers could come out and buy the experience on your property. By the way that dirt looks like it is awful hard seeing as how the tires don't even begin to sink in. In Michigan a truck like that would be stuck.
