NO TINT, Vinegar didn't do it..

Tried white vinegar straight out of the bottle. I may try the razor blade thing, but I am leery of causing scratching.. No aftermarket tint on the windows. It is a 89 import pickup truck. Only thing I can afford the gas for anymore. Wasn't Bon Ami used for windows at one time ?
