OK this have never been said i dont think but its a good question.... why is it every time someone over seas or in opec gets a bad case of the chili farts the price immediatly jumps at the pumps and OMG the sky is falling and they spend millions telling us on th news why were paying more at the pumps... but when it starts trading lower... it takes days weeks or even months to notice the decrease???
