my local napa has 5 counter men and a counter woman the 5 men are always changing but whenever i go in there theres always 5 lines so i go to heather yes i know her name and she knows mine i say the part and she knows the year and vehicle i drive and im out of there before the other people have finised typing there info on the computers its simalur to my tractor dealer i go to allen and he knows i have a 49 fergie to-20 asks me what i need now and i have never seen him with his computer on good luck with your parts look for the person at a diffrent counter or the oldest person there and try them also try the women if there are any
