I agree, half the time I just turn the computer around and punch it in myself - point to the part and tell them go get it. Point is, they are a parts store, don't expect them to diagnose your car for you. My experience with NAPA is that you better have the part in your hand because you won't be able to catch their key errors due to the way they block the screens as they look it up.
