Evaluate the tractor and how hard you have used it. Anything appear to be heading for failure? Gray market tractors get a real bad rap from dealers, why? somebody did an end run around them. The most frequent claim against them is they don't meet US safety standards. I've looked at a few that had all the same safety features as their "legit" counterparts. So it's your decision if you can get $3,500 worth the work out of it. If you can't, send it, if you can, keep it (AND maintain it). You've had it 3 years so you know whether you'll take it in the seat of the pants or not.
