OT - Cistern

I just bought a house with a cistern that measures 8 feet across and 10 feet tall (plastic, never been buried. The well only produces about 2 gallons per hour, so I will hook up to rural water. The question is, what is a cistern like this worth? Anything? I also have a pressure tank and water softner that came with the house. Should I package everything together and try to sell it? Sell them seperately? I just don't want to be stuck with this darn cistern! I plan to sell the house in a few months. Any suggestions? Dug
