Hey Ol' Pard, How goes the good fight? :>) Don't ya think he's lost the teeth and/or snapped the neck on the sun gear at that low/reverse input shell? Then, the low/reverse clutch is takin' over for it in manual low. At any rate, it is iron parts gone bad, that's fer sure. Also, when that forward sprag goes, they usually neutal out with anything above 2nd as I remember it. However, the old tranny days are startin' to get a little foggy with me tho. :>) Allan
