It depends on how your loader is configured. Most have all the hydraulic plumbing attached to the loader, you would have to disconnect that and frequently the loader frame serves as the reservoir for the hydraulic system. Other than solving those problems, yes you could use the stinger pump for your splitter. I would also put a bumper on the front to protect the pump when the loader is not on.
