I'm stuck!

I have a 1953 Farmall Super M and since it"s been raining all month, I thought I would take my tractor out in a solid mud pasture to see if I could get it stuck....well, I succeeded! I got stuck in a rain filled trench made by a D6C Cat. What I was wondering, would I have gotten stuck if I had tire chains on the back wheels? I am thinking it would probably go anywhere with chains on. Also, how would it be in the snow? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks--Marvin
