I would sure hope that the service manager would know better. YOu should have said yes and let them "change the plugs" and seen if they "did it" and if they would charge you for it. Make a real real quick assurance waht kind of dealer and technican worked on your truck if they did. Im sure most people have never heard or dont rember the old international diesels with glow plugs. Maybe a few members on here do.
