O/T Keeping crows out of the sweet corn

I have been having a problem with crows pulling up my newly planted swetcorn seed. Last spring I counted over a 100 crows in and around my corn patch. Shot a few, laid in the rows and they still got in my corn. Made a pretty realistic looking scare crow and saw one sitting on top of it. I use to have a product called crow go (67% coal tar @ 27% cresote) but is no longer available. What do you feller's do or use?
