Guess again If it's a Vermeer or Rayco it's a timing belt. Poor design ,If you don't move the machine control arm before using the side swing ,then the ooerator window frame wipes out the plastic shield and the timing belt,Not sure of the interface w/valves or not but I worked for Vermeer for 25 years and this little occurence can cause catastrophic damage.I believe the engine model is F4911 tho.
