Fuel sender floats

Hey guys
I have two fuel sender floats that are leaking and are full of fuel.
I drilled a small hole and drained them and was wondering if you can buy just the float?
Or is there something you could fill them with that floats and is impervious to gas and diesel fuel?
I know you can buy new senders for about $25 but the old ones still work.
