I've been with them 17 years.My original contract had no tank fee. I guess because we kept full. Well ,got a letter braking the contract. This is in Gladwin Mi. area.It's a summer home and for sale so I did'nt want to fill it up, just a hundred gallons or so. They would'nt do it so I shut off everything except furnace pilot. Now pay $40 a year rental. What you going to do, sue and pay a lawer?
