I have never delt with a more customer unfriendly and questionable business practice company like Ferrel gas. They do not want you talking to the local delivery people but rather every call goes to some place where they do not understand cold weather and the need for fuel. They had my place on a delivery route for a truck that was hundreds of miles away rather than the one 2 miles away. They knew exactly where to send the bills though. They said they try to be above the local competion by 15 cents because they offer superior service. Changed companies and I am worry free to know the fuel is always at a safe level at a price lower than Ferrell. The last tank was 28 cents lower.
