Sounds about par for the course with them. They tried that 'add on stuff' every year. Sent me new leases to sign, charged me rent I didnt owe, all that. To make matters worse, I was having problems with my furnace. Furnace man said low gas pressure, Ferrelgas said nothing wrong. Finally we figure out that it was losing pressure over time. Called Ferrelgas back and they sent out a service guy again. This time he tells me 'dont know why people worry about a leak, all it is is a little gas'. Also found water contamination in my gas. Told thm to come get my tank, with that kind of cavalier attitude about safety I dont want the tank or them on my property. Got a Southern States tank and gas for $.20 a gallon cheaper and the option to buy all my gas in August at summer price.
