She suggested that I sell my 2004 Ram 1500 and buy a new Ram 2500 for the trip. I sadly declined and told her while I would like to lose my stomach I did not wish to lose my Arse. I am rather fond of my 1500 and don't have that powerful longing for a new one yet. I have a low mileage W250 Heavy Duty that I use for my heavy towing within 500 miles from home, but its ride is a little firm for a 4000 mile vacation trip. A buddy was telling me there was some kind of service that has these large aluminum vehicles that go from major city to major city without roads. I soon found out that you could not bring back tractors or trucks and ceased to investigate that travel concept. Gas is high, but the trophys you find along the road are priceless.
