ISEKI TS1910

I just acquired a ISEKI TS1910. When I push the clutch in and try to put it in gear, it won't go in gear. It just grinds. It's like the clutch isn't disengaging the flywheel. Could it just be worn out? It's been sitting for 2 years. Could the clutch be froze up? Thanks for any help. I think I could change out the clutch if it's bad.
