Why you shouldn't let the help drive

We have a moderately inexperianced hired hand. Dad works off the farm and I live 100 miles away so he needs to be self sufficient. Two weeks ago, he took this unit out to cut wood and slid the trailer into a tree. After they pulled it out, he was told not to take it to the woods anymore. Apparently he forgot. This week, he put the tractor into the tree. Broke window - $75 Broke cab top - $275 Broke battery and battery box - $150 Broke nose piece - $250 Hired help crawling out the window, uninjured - priceless We're glad he isn't hurt from the accident but would now like to hurt him ourselves...
