I hate to leave prospective customers with a dead end as I may have the part they need tomorrow but don't want to give a false hope either. I try to answer all emails right away and check up on parts to respond but emails get coverd up with new ones right away and as I age my forgetter works a lot better than my rememberer. So there you have it from me, but nahh, the money aspect don't have much bearing here. I will go out of my way to hunt up a $2 part and get it in the mail. The little sale is just as important as the big one.
