farmall w-9 issues

I have purchased a farmall wd-9 that does not run correct. I think it is a fuel issue. It appears that it doesn"t always fire on all cylinders. I have put new fuel filters on, cleaned the water seperator etc. I loosen the lines at the injector and their is fuel there but on a couple of them when the line is loosened it doesn"t seem to make a difference on the way the unit runs. It smokes blue bad when you run the unit on diesel. When you pull it hard it seems like it wants to come out of this but it doesn"t. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
