You can't beat Rice & Cane tires in wet and heavy soils. I have one tractor right now with R&C tires 20.8x38. The big thing I notice is that when you drive across a meadow when it's wet you won't tear the sod up like bias 23 degree tires. Besides the fact that you can walk right through wet holes that'll stop any radial or bias tread tire. They also work well in the deep snow, but are a bugger to get chains for.
