Hi KJM, At this point with the temps you posted, you need to start from scratch as it sounds like the cold control was bad to begin with or has been adjusted too far out of range and will probably never be accurate or have a short life if adjusted properly or was installed wrong or replaced with the wrong control. Could be a refrigeration problem appearing as a control problem and that's why the new CC didn't fix the problem. You need to start from square one. Call the service manager and request for a new tech be sent out with a new control and all previous service tickets removed from your bill. A service tech(ST) should never leave a job with the cabinet not working correct. When a ST says he's done and the unit still doesn't work correct then it's on his nickle when he comes back out unless he states there may be additional problems that may show up at a latter time. It could also be the CC was bad and was replaced correct as it should have been and the second call was something wrong in the refrigeration system and took a dump. This type of problem always bites as it's hard to convience the owner that a new problem arose between service calls and why I always made darn sure my first diagnose was correct with no additional problems. With any repair, a person always needs to request that the broken part be left on the jobsite with the owner. This keeps the ST honest and from being a parts replacer rather than being a first rate tech. There's about 5 typical(popular) cold controls for deli refrigerator units with each one orperating slightly different so I would need to see a picture to keep from writing a book to cover them all. Most of the electrical orperated CC's are fixed differential with adjustable temperature range, so you set them to temp and the CC does the rest. T_Bone

Uncle Cecil was the second owner of this wonderful little tractor, but it was almost as though he had adopted an infant. The original owner was a man from Minnesota who bought her from a local dea
