Buy a deere with a sound gaurd body. Your expectations are unreal for an old open station tractor. You will notice I said body not cab. Cabs are NOT designed to block noise. They are nothing but an enclosure OVER the open operator's station. They keep the rain off and maybe keep you a little warmer. Bodys are seperate sealed units that isolate you from the tractor, same as on a pickup. In my experience with old tractor cabs, you will lessen the noise by junking them.
