Sounds like you just need to follow your better judgement. Make her a reasonable offer, if they are complete maybe a little higher than scrap value. But if she is going to give them to you take them, then get one restored for her and her husband's benefit. There is nothing wrong with accepting a gift. Also there was no 520 Southern Special. Maybe it is a vegetable tractor? Single front? Just don't let the seller convince you it is a super-rare "southern special" as there was no such machine. Dave
