It is what is comonly called a "Doddle Bug". Sears, Wards and others sold kits to covert a car to a "Poor Man's Tractor". I have a copy of the Sears add to convert a T or A model to a doddle bug. I don't know what make of car was used for this one. They are a lot of fun to drive. We have four to ten show up every year at the Northern Mi Flywheelers Show. If you get it don't make it look brand new as the more rustic the better with these old doddle bugs. We have one show up with a rag tied around a tire for a patch.
