A beat up but running 2020 is well worth $3500 - $4500. Now,if it needs that much in repairs - it's not worth much except as a part's tractor.
In regard to the PTO, 2020s come many different ways. It can have a two-stage dry clutch that runs the PTO, or it can have a hydraulic independent PTO. Also, it can have a non-live transmssion-driven PTO.
