OT: War against pigeons - Ideas?

This means war! It isn't dignified for a tractor to wake up in the spring covered with pigeon s***! From what I can see, there's two pigeons up in our open-faced shed. I don't want to have to start tarping everything in it. Any ideas for getting rid of those blasted pigeons? (I don't want to start shooting either - I'm not good enough a shot, I'll probably put holes in the tin) Specter
