The Chevrolet Jobmaster 261 6cyld was standard on 6000 series trucks with stock compression ratio of 7.8:1, 3 3/4" bore x 3 15/16" stroke developing 148 HP. The Thriftmaster 235 6 cyld was used on 3100, 3600, 3800, & 4000 series trucks. The Taskmaster 283 V8 was standard on 5000,7000, & 9000 series and optional on 6000 series and was also available with a 4 BL carb. The Trademaster 265 was optional on 3 & 4000 series.
EGGE Machine Co. has all kinds of new internal parts for those old engines and probably some chrome Offy accessories too.
