I had one on a 4020 gas that was split in the middle like that. I think I welded the part I could get to on the tractor (been 10+ years not positive) with nickle rod then I pulled it off and did the rest. It did end up warping so I had to mill it flat again. The bolt holes needed oversized too but it has held up very well.

I have welded several manifolds with nickle rod and they seem to weld up good.
Or you could braze it I did one on a chevy 454 I did all I could before removing it then finished the rest. You might even be able to take it off first and bolt it down to something flat to align it.
