Bob, The Case 430 I own now, and it has something like a live but not quite. Case built them with a hand clutch/mid mount clutch, allowing you to pull up on it, stop the tractor, clean out the snow blower and continue on snowblowing. The 4000 I'm picking up in about 2 weeks, was a real good deal, and according to Tractor Data, has an independant clutch. Couldn't tell you whether it was a 3 or 4, but will keep what was said in mind. Thanks for the info Bob.
