Army Trucks?Where did they go???

You used to see alot of old Army trucks in our northwest Iowa region as civilian trucks after the wars. Even the occasional Hummvee! I am looking for a new restoration project. I sould actually like to get a old Hummvee. Of course, when I wasn't looking for anything, I have actually seen them sell for as low a $5,000.00 I sure wish I would have got a few of them. Every now and then, you still see the powerwagons. They were really popular for farm trucks right next to the run a round Jeeps. Does anybody know of any bases around my Iowa area that would have some Army trucks and Hummvees for sale. Or how about any old PowerWagons in the Iowa Area? Thanks for all of your help in advance!!!
