we had one it was a 3 speed with high low and TA (well part time ta) but I never saw one with the 4speed.. I saw some of the Wester specials and never saw one with a 4speed either but I knew they were differnt than the original 1586's.. even the motor was a bit differnt we always wanted one... but ours was so much a piece of junk we just gave up on anymore IH's
