New Holland TC29 wont start

I have a TC29 2004 I think. After harrowing in the morning, went in for lunch, came back out and wouldnt start. Lights come on when key is turned, checked all fuses, they're good. Wiring tests good. PTO & gear shift seem to be in neutral.
just got a call, might be a safety switch in seat,clutch or transmission. I'll try that.If that doesn't work...any other ideas?
