I have a TC29 2004 I think. After harrowing in the morning, went in for lunch, came back out and wouldnt start. Lights come on when key is turned, checked all fuses, they're good. Wiring tests good. PTO & gear shift seem to be in neutral.
just got a call, might be a safety switch in seat, clutch or transmission. I'll try that.If that doesn't work...any other ideas?

Check the range lever and make sure they are in neutral, move it thru the ranges and then back to neutral, also reposition the other levers that have safety switches, pto etc.

My Father-in-law had a tc30 that did the same thing once, moving the range lever out of neutral and then back into neutral reset the safety switch and got it started.

Check your owners manual for other safety switches that may be keeping it from starting...

There is an amber light on mine that when running indicates the pto is engaged. There are two wires underneath the tractor that got unplugged once probably by a bush or cornstalks and it would not start after shutdown.

Bingo! It was a wire pulled out of the connector underneath.
All I had to do then was put everything else back together.
That's the first place I'll look if something similar happens again.
Thanks

Make sure the two PTO levers are completely off.I have a TC26 and they get jostled on slightly and it will act dead as a doornail. It sounds like this or the neutral safty switch but I would bet on the front or rear PTO.

Try starting fluid, or is a plug off, out of fuel--or low fuel, bad or weak starter,
