You can lay claim to owning a 1946 2N Ford tractor. All 9N and 2N tractors use the 9N serial numbers. The mostly agreed on s/n split is at 99002 and 99003. 9N99002 for the last 9N and 2N starts with 9N99003. Good Luck with your new tractor. It might also help to visit the 9N,2N,8N forum on this site. Many knowlegeable people on it.
