It will be located base to final on 31 Gary. It won't effect small planes as hopefully their pattern won't be flown as wide in the smaller crafts. It will be a Cheyenne, Navajo, medium twin, base to final issue. Any way I have been asked my input to the matter and need to talk to people uninfluenced by their plants. Anyone with an axe to grind or money to be made I am afraid might be biased. Thanks for all the responses! Bill
